📋 Description

• Perform general maintenance across Sunrise sites: appliance repair, electrical, HVAC, plumbing.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and grounds cleanliness.
• Assist with pool, spa, laundry, recreation areas, restrooms.
• Ensure apartments are rent-ready within 3-5 days of vacancy.
• Respond to tenant service requests promptly; resolve within 24 hours.
• Travel between Sunrise sites as scheduled by management.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years hands-on maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, proof of insurance.
• Ability to travel to multiple property locations.
• General computer skills, including mobile device use.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management.
• Superior customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
