📋 Description

• Roving maintenance across Sunrise communities; travel as scheduled.
• General maintenance tasks: appliance repair, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, pool, custodial.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and grounds cleanliness.
• Ensure apartments are rent-ready within 3-5 days of vacancy.
• Respond to tenant service requests within 24 hours; notify of delays due to parts.
• Travel between sites and support onsite teams as scheduled by management.

🎯 Requirements

• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• Must travel to multiple property locations within assigned region.
• 1-2 years hands-on maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry).
• General computer skills, including mobile device operation.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management, and problem solving.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, holidays; after-hours emergencies.
