Maintenance Technician - Roving - Urban Properties

📋 Description

• Perform general maintenance tasks, including appliance repair, basic electrical, HVAC, plumbing
• Maintain the exterior curb appeal of the community and ensure the cleanliness of the grounds
• Assist with daily upkeep of pools, spas, laundry rooms, recreation areas, rental offices
• Ensure apartments are rent-ready within 3-5 days of vacancy
• Respond promptly and professionally to tenant service requests, ensuring efficient resolution
• Maintain accurate inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies

🎯 Requirements

• Valid CA driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and proof of insurance required
• Must be able to travel to multiple property locations within assigned region
• 1-2 years of hands-on maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting)
• General computer skills, including operating a mobile device required
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• Superior customer service skills including the ability to manage difficult customers and/or
