📋 Description

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
• Complete basic apartment turns to prep units for move-in.
• Perform resident-requested repairs and routine maintenance.
• May train other Maintenance Technicians and develop skills.
• May assist with vendor quality and move-in/out inspections.
• Responsibilities vary with skills, community needs, and season.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in facilities or buildings.
• Proficient in at least two trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; on-call shifts.
• Reliable transportation to respond to emergencies after hours.
• Able to move heavy equipment; comfortable with physical activity.
• Read, write, and speak English.
