📋 Description

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist teammates.
• Complete basic apartment turns to prep for next move-in.
• With direction, perform repairs and routine maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances).
• May train other technicians and support skill development.
• Assist with vendor quality and move-in/move-out inspections.
• Responsibilities vary by team skillset, community needs, and season.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in facilities or building environments.
• Proficient in at least two trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair).
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.
• Reliable transportation to respond to emergency service requests.
• Comfort with physical activity and moving heavy equipment.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
