Maintenance Technician - Villa Del Mar

📋 Description

• Perform maintenance tasks: appliance repair, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, pool, custodial.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and grounds cleanliness.
• Assist with daily upkeep of pools, spas, laundry rooms, recreation areas, and common areas.
• Ensure apartments are rent-ready within 3-5 days of vacancy.
• Respond to tenant service requests within 24 hours; notify manager of delays from part orders.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years hands-on maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting).
• General computer skills, including operating a mobile device.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Superior customer service skills and ability to manage difficult situations.
• Ability to work independently and on a flexible schedule (weekends/evenings/holidays).
• Ability to respond promptly to after-hours weekend emergencies.
