📋 Description

• Lead and develop the MAITE Facility Management team.
• Ensure safe, reliable operation of production labs and cleanrooms.
• Manage environmental controls (temp, humidity, particulates).
• Plan facility improvements with AIT Eng, Production & Ops.
• Ensure ESD, safety, and facility certifications; lead audits.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Industrial or Mechanical Eng, or related.
• Minimum 5 years in facility/lab/ops in technical/high-reliability env.
• Strong understanding of ESD, cleanroom standards, environmental monitoring.
• Experience managing contractors, service providers, and infra projects.
• Hands-on, proactive, structured work style with strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication and leadership; cross-team coordination.
