📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day operations for Major Construction projects.
• Monitor project schedule, safety, administration, and profitability.
• Coordinate materials procurement and subcontractor performance.
• Develop and maintain key customer relationships; travel as needed.
• Prepare project docs: budgets, schedules, subcontracts, change orders.
• Ensure compliance with policies and ethical standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-year Construction Science/Engineering degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial retail
• Experience with estimating, means and methods, and accounting
• LEED certification knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Strong verbal/written communication and teamwork
