Make Ready Technician

📋 Description

• Assist residents with open work orders by making minor repairs within apartments
• Work alongside the Lead Maintenance Technician on routine maintenance and capital improvement
• Accurately assess the root cause of each work order and close it out
• Walk the property each day and clear away trash or debris
• Turn around vacant apartment units and prepare them for new residents
• Respond to assigned work orders or general maintenance in a timely manner

🎯 Requirements

• General knowledge or direct experience in plumbing, drywall repair, painting, carpentry, appliance
• Previous experience on a garden-style apartment community closing work orders and turning
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• High school graduate; technical school preferred but not required
• Commitment to company goals and values
