📋 Description

• Design, build, and evolve the Managed Services AI platform in production workflows
• Lead agentic AI solutions: triage, remediation, knowledge retrieval, and orchestration
• Drive AI use cases from concept to production with operational adoption
• Architect agent-based patterns: triage, remediation, RAG knowledge, orchestration
• Integrate AI across core platforms (ITSM/ServiceNow, observability, automation) for multi-tenant ops
• Ensure AI workflows are observable, reliable, and continuously improving

🎯 Requirements

• Proven hands-on AI/LLM systems with agentic AI, RAG, and orchestration
• Strong background in IT ops, managed services, or service delivery with automation
• Experience integrating ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) and observability tools
• Ability to translate ops challenges into AI-driven, measurable outcomes
