📋 Description

Partner with customers to define delivery timelines and project plans
Lead carrier initiatives from planning through adoption
Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify patterns and root causes
Coordinate with carriers to drive data improvements and troubleshoot issues
Monitor project progress, communicate risks, publish progress reports
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive customer value

🎯 Requirements

2-4 years experience in data analysis or analytical role
Experience in SaaS, software, or logistics preferred
Strong analytical skills, convert complex data into insights
Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, SQL, Power BI, or Kibana
Experience with APIs or basic coding concepts is a plus
Fluency in English and French OR Spanish
