📋 Description

• Partner with customers to define delivery timelines, milestones and end-to-end project plans that
• Lead carrier initiatives from planning through adoption, presenting data driven insights and best
• Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify patterns, uncover root causes and recommend
• Coordinate closely with carriers to drive continuous data improvements and troubleshoot performance
• Monitor project progress, communicate risks and publish regular progress reports that highlight
• Hold customers and carriers accountable for actions that improve operational outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Two to four years of experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
• Experience in SaaS, software or logistics is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Solid understanding of source data, data formats and data behavior.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with visualization or analytics tools such as Tableau, SQL
• Experience with APIs or basic coding concepts is a plus.
