📋 Description

• Own discovery and process mapping of customer finance workflows
• Design end-to-end solutions and configuration blueprints
• Configure Ramp policies, approval chains, accounting rules, GL mapping, entity structures
• Integrate ERP/HRIS systems, map and reconcile data, build against Ramp APIs
• Configure and tune agentic finance capabilities, agent behavior, and policy logic
• Deliver training and enablement programs

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1+ year at Ramp
• 3+ years in customer-facing professional services, implementation, or solutions consulting
• Hands-on configuration and troubleshooting ability
• Deep knowledge of finance operations (AP, expense, close, GL) and ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP
• AI fluency with experience in AI workflow configuration and prompt engineering
• Training and enablement experience
