📋 Description

• Configure custom solutions for enterprise clients, focusing on maintenance.
• Provide on-call support for platforms, on-site and virtual.
• Drive client adoption and retention through proactive support.
• Train new users on platform functionalities and features.
• Create customized training materials and upload to knowledge space.
• Develop client-specific documents addressing needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in a similar SaaS role.
• 1 year of SaaS configuration management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced env.
• Experience using Jira and Microsoft Excel.
