Managed Transportation & LTL Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations of the Managed Transportation and LTL Department
• Manage team operations to support client relations and retention
• Provide mentorship and coaching to a team of Logistics Specialists
• Act as the point of escalation for customer and carrier related issues
• Leverage tools and technology to manage and grow account strategy
• Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to track department operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of two years of management experience.
• Strong logistics and transportation background.
• Experience using a Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
