📋 Description

• Develop and interpret performance data from FareShare regional centres.
• Assess impact of major grant funding on regional centre performance.
• Travel to regional centres to gain insights on funding impact.
• Provide forecasts and actuals, budgets and variances for internal reports.
• Collaborate with Fundraising to support bids and funder reporting.
• Support development of improved finance systems and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• CCAB qualification or near completion.
• Strong financial administration with commercial analysis.
• Experience in charity/not-for-profit finance.
• Ability to provide clear, practical advice at all levels.
• Ability to read and critically analyse a business plan.
• Proven ability to design and follow processes.
• Good systems skills with finance software and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
