Management Accountant

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day accounting across German and US entities
• Coordinate with payroll providers and German accounting advisors
• Maintain German GAAP (HGB) and dual bookkeeping with DATEV/Rillet
• Reconcile intercompany accounts and handle treasury and cash management
• Support US GAAP reporting and global consolidation
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting across dual-entity structure

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual German/English required
• 3+ years in accounting, preferably in fast-growing companies or startups
• Strong proficiency with accounting software and Excel; ERP experience
• Location: based in or willing to relocate to Freiburg, Germany
• Completed Ausbildung as Steuerfachangestellter/ Steuerfachwirt or similar qualification; Bachelor's
