• Participate in a structured 12-month program to become a Branch Manager
• Complete on-site training in all operational roles (check-in, sales, fleet)
• Work at headquarters in Milan in areas such as fleet, pricing, HR, and B2B sales

• Complete workshops and online modules for technical and managerial training
• Pass assessments after each phase and a final exam to become Branch Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines or equivalent professional experience
• Natural sales talent and enjoyment of direct client contact
• Practical experience in sectors like Retail or Tourism
• Goal-oriented mindset and excellent customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good knowledge of English; other languages are a plus
