📋 Description

• Lead or support advisory and transformation initiatives across financial crime, sanctions, and
• Deliver operating model redesigns, technology enablement, and cost optimisation across the three
• Support clients managing regulatory reviews, remediation programmes, and operational backlogs while
• Benchmark and assess controls, identify gaps, and design practical solutions that strengthen risk
• Contribute to proposition development, client offerings, business development, and thought

🎯 Requirements

• Experience delivering financial crime transformation within financial services or management
• Strong understanding of sanctions, fraud prevention, investigations, and the wider financial crime
• Familiarity with financial crime technology, operational processes, automation, and AI-enabled
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with experience using approved
• A collaborative approach and commitment to responsible AI adoption within regulated financial
