📋 Description

• Deliver advisory and implementation projects relating to Basel, IFRS 9, BCBS 239, and other key
• Support risk control improvements, regulatory change, and data-driven risk reporting and modelling
• Evaluate client risk practices, identify process improvements, and recommend practical solutions
• Collaborate across Credit Risk, Market Risk, Finance, Legal, Technology, and other business
• Contribute to internal capability building, business development, and risk thought leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Experience delivering risk and regulatory change initiatives within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Basel, IFRS 9, BCBS 239, and wider prudential regulatory frameworks across
• Practical experience in risk assessments, target operating model design, and control implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using approved AI tools to support
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills together with an interest in responsible
