🎯 Requirements

Leading change management, process improvement, automation, and tech-enabled transformation
Strong change and project management with adoption and outcomes
5-7+ years in management consulting, professional services, or Big 4
Simplify complex challenges and guide practical solutions
Proven experience leading teams of consultants and client stakeholders
Bachelor's degree required; master's and certifications a plus
