Management & Technology Consulting Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own and continuously improve internal business processes, operational workflows, cross-team
• Identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies, develop practical recommendations, and drive
• Support budget tracking, operational reporting, and management visibility into business
• Lead project plans, timelines, status reporting, and cross-functional dependencies for Operations
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external vendors, including third-party consultants, to ensure
• Manage the annual and ongoing penetration testing cycle, including scoping, vendor coordination

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in management consulting and/or technology consulting operations, with a
• Demonstrated ability to design, document, optimize, and implement business processes that improve
• Strong project and program management skills, including the ability to balance multiple
• Technical versatility and hands-on experience configuring, administering, troubleshooting, or
• Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Okta, 1Password, CrowdStrike, Google Workspace
• Working knowledge of IT security and compliance fundamentals, including access management
