Management Trainee (Battery Park)

📋 Description

• Take on responsibility early in the 12-month program and support operational goals
• Gain insights into Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and Performance Management
• Work in operational day-to-day business including sales and fleet operations
• Collaborate with Branch Managers and Area Directors to learn leadership on the job
• Upon successful completion, be placed directly into a leadership position in the United States

🎯 Requirements

• Completed bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in Sales, Customer Service
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership potential
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and take ownership
• Willingness to travel and work temporarily within the United States, up to 50% during the first year
• Valid driver's license with at least 1 year of driving experience
