📋 Description

• Take on responsibility early in the 12-month program, support achievement of operational goals
• Gain insights into Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and Performance Management
• Work in operational day-to-day business, learn all aspects of core operations from sales to fleet
• Collaborate with Branch Managers and Area Directors to learn leadership on the job

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in Sales, Customer Service, Tourism
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with leadership potential
• Strong communication skills in English (other languages a plus)
• Independent work, problem-solving, and ownership
• Willingness to work and travel within the United States up to 50% during first year
• Valid driver's license with at least 1 year driving experience
