• You join SIXT’s 12-month Management Trainee Program, fast-tracking into a leadership role.
• Your day-to-day includes gaining experience in Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and
• You work in operational, day-to-day business as a Sales Executive and rotate across locations.
• Relocation within the United Kingdom is required to start leadership placements after graduation.
• Outcome: graduate into a leadership position based on business needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Growth mindset with a bachelor’s or business degree or relevant experience in Sales, Customer
• Leadership potential with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong English communication skills; other languages are a plus
• Proactive, independent problem-solver who takes ownership
• Willing to rotate across locations and relocate within the UK
• Valid driver’s license with at least one year driving experience and six points or fewer
