Manager, 3PL Warehouse Operations

📋 Description

• Own our 3PL partnerships. You’ll be the main point of contact for our global 3PL partners. That
• Keep operations running smoothly. You’ll oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping and
• Hold partners accountable. You’ll track SLAs and KPIs, dig into performance data to find root
• Protect data accuracy. You’ll own inventory accuracy through cycle counting and work with our
• Lead and develop your team. You’ll set clear goals, give regular feedback and support career

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business or a related field and seven or
• Managed external 3PL or logistics service provider relationships at a senior level. Know how to
• Managed and developed direct reports, and good at setting goals and giving feedback.
• Familiar with WMS and ERP platforms and EDI/API integrations. Can turn operational data into clear
