🎯 Requirements

• Minimum requirement of BSc in Cell & Molecular Biology or Biochemistry.
• Significant experience in a relevant laboratory environment, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, project management, regulatory knowledge, problem-solving, and team-building
• The role requires the ability to effectively manage personnel, drive operational excellence
