📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Commercial Account Managers focused on expansion and retention
• Own team-level pipeline, forecasting, and revenue targets — driving accountability through clear
• Develop and execute scalable upsell/cross-sell strategies and ensure the team maintains a robust
• Build a deep understanding of Ramp customer personas and instill a consultative, trusted-advisor
• Equip your team with sales methodologies to uncover customer needs and pain points effectively

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of customer-facing or direct sales experience, with at least 2 years in a people
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams in a high-velocity sales environment
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and the ability to build and maintain team-level
• Background in outbound prospecting, product demonstrations, and hands-on experience with sales
• Consultative sales mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to coach others to engage
• Comfort engaging with and enabling your team to sell to C-level executives, finance teams, and key
