Manager, Account Payable

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of 10–12 AP Associates across invoice processing, freight audit, and
• Partner with the Senior Manager, Accounts Payable & Freight Audit, and cross-functional
• Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of high-volume invoice processing, freight invoice auditing
• Review and resolve complex or escalated billing disputes, discrepancies, and reconciliation
• Ensure adherence to company policies, contractual terms, and regulatory requirements across all

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, freight auditing, or related finance operations
• Hands-on experience with AP systems, ERP platforms (e.g. NetSuite), and freight audit tools
• Experience building or implementing automation tools or AI-enabled workflows, with the ability to
