Manager, Account Solutions Architecture Greenfields

📋 Description

• Lead Solutions Architects for complex deployments across AWS, GCP, Azure and on-prem in [REGION].
• Player-coach role with hands-on reviews, escalations, and occasional deployments.
• Hire and ramp in region, manage accounts and time-zone coverage, and set deployment standards.
• Act as technical escalation point for infrastructure failures and guide deals to technical outcomes.
• Convert recurring customer pain into reusable assets and roadmaps.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years managing a customer-facing technical team (5+ for Senior Manager).
• 7+ years hands-on infra, platform, or SRE experience (10+ for Senior Manager).
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm; networking, cloud infra issues.
• Terraform or IaC experience; proficiency with at least one cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Strong Linux/Unix CLI; Python and ML tooling familiarity.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS or on-prem deployments of same product.
