Manager, Accounting

📋 Description

• Oversee revenue accounting activities in ASC 606 in a SaaS environment
• Manage revenue recognition, deferred revenue, MRR reconciliation, and billing oversight
• Review sales orders in NetSuite for proper revenue treatment
• Manage billing terminations in NetSuite and Salesforce
• Serve as technical resource for Billing on ASC 606 questions
• Collaborate with Billing, Legal, and Customer Success on contract review

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience
• SaaS or subscription software experience with ASC 606
• Public accounting background preferred
• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Paylocity preferred
• Proficiency in Excel; ability to leverage AI tools for billing workflows
