Manager, Accounting

📋 Description

• Own the global close process, including multi-entity and multi-currency consolidations
• Manage monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, close procedures, and chart of accounts
• Lead accounting transformation and automation initiatives, incorporating AI tools and modern
• Prepare audit-ready consolidated and entity-level balance sheet and P&L flux analyses and
• Execute accounting for stock-based compensation under ASC 718 and support other relevant U.S. GAAP
• Strengthen internal controls and continuously improve accounting processes for greater efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field, combined with progressive corporate
• Hands-on experience with multi-entity, multi-currency consolidations, intercompany eliminations
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, particularly ASC 830, ASC 718, and ASC 842.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace/G Suite.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP, including subsidiary structures
• Experience managing external audit deliverables and maintaining strong financial controls.
