Manager, Accounting

📋 Description

• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, including journal entries, account
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP, and support reporting
• Oversee accounts payable, cash management, and payroll accounting, including project-specific
• Account for capitalized project development costs, construction in progress, and the transition
• Support job cost accounting and project cost tracking, including commitments, change orders
• Manage intercompany accounting and shared-service arrangements between the JV and its parent

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting or corporate accounting
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and month-end close processes
• CPA license or equivalent qualification
• Proficiency with an ERP or accounting system and advanced Excel skills
• Strong understanding of internal controls and audit readiness
• Ability to communicate clearly with non-accountants, including project and engineering leaders
