📋 Description

Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes on time and accurately
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Own the general ledger, review journal entries, and ensure reconciliations
Develop and enforce internal controls ensuring audit readiness
Coordinate annual external audits and respond across finance
Manage and grow a team of at least two direct reports

🎯 Requirements

5+ years progressive accounting with full-cycle close and reporting
2+ years managing direct reports in accounting/finance
BS in Accounting/Business Admin or related; CPA preferred
M&A experience considered an asset
Hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP
