Lead financial reporting design, restatement assistance, and 10-K/10-Q/8-K filings
Improve and optimize finance and accounting operations
Implement new and existing accounting standards
Communicate project findings and recommendations to clients
Oversee project administration: setup, budgeting, billing
Mentor teams with coaching, feedback, and performance reviews

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in financial reporting, operational accounting, or complex transactions
US GAAP and/or IFRS knowledge
IPOs (S-1), M&A, carve-outs experience
Experience in professional services (public accounting/advisory/consulting)
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related; CPA/CA preferred
Hybrid work: 3 days on-site, 2 remote; up to 30% travel
