📋 Description

• Oversee the full accounts payable lifecycle: Manage and actively participate in invoice intake and
• Manage domestic and international payments: Prepare, review, and process payments through ACH
• Maintain payment accuracy and internal controls: Verify invoices and supporting documentation for
• Manage vendor relationships: Serve as the primary escalation point for vendor inquiries, payment

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of progressively responsible experience in accounts payable, accounting, or
• At least two years of formal management experience, including workload allocation, performance
• Demonstrated ability to balance direct team supervision with active involvement in transaction
• Proven experience managing domestic and international payments, including foreign-currency
• Strong experience with invoice review, payment-batch preparation, approval workflows, payment
• Extensive experience administering or working with travel and expense management platforms
