Manager, Accounts Payable and Expenses

📋 Description

• Own global AP and T&E across US and international entities.
• Oversee vendor relations and corporate credit card programs.
• Lead month-end AP close; resolve discrepancies across entities.
• Partner with Accounting on vendor accruals and flux analysis.
• Supervise and mentor the AP team; hands-on leadership.
• Drive AI-first process improvements; implement new systems and controls.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields.
• Minimum 7 years AP experience, incl. 2+ years in people management.
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency AP operations.
• NetSuite or other ERP experience; Bill.com or Brex experience strongly preferred.
• Experience leveraging AI and AP automation tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
