Manager, Accounts Receivable

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end AR ops: invoicing, credit checks, collections, and compliance.
• Set team objectives and monitor invoice processing.
• Ensure timely payments; perform credit checks on accounts.
• Negotiate with clients on non-payments; liaison for invoicing and orders.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual/ad-hoc forecasting reports.
• Leverage AI and automation to boost throughput and quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma/degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience.
• 5-8 years AR/collections or accounting experience.
• 3-5 years in supervisory/leadership role.
• Hands-on with accounting software and advanced Excel.
• Comfort with technology; proactive AI/automation mindset.
• Strong verbal and written communication; training/presentation skills.
• Negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills.
