Manager, Accounts Receivable - Workers Compensation

📋 Description

• Lead and direct Accounts Receivable team members and leaders with assignments, payer updates, and
• Coach, develop, and review performance; support hiring and onboarding with senior leadership.
• Maintain high standards of customer service with AR specialists, payers, centers, patients, and
• Establish audit processes to ensure AR efficiency, accuracy, and completeness.
• Monitor KPIs like days outstanding, AR >90 days, and collections performance.
• Collaborate across departments to align priorities and support revenue cycle initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s preferred.
• 5+ years in healthcare revenue cycle operations; 3+ years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of AR, billing, reimbursement, and revenue cycle processes.
• Experience with practice management systems; Epic and/or eClinicalWorks preferred.
• Ability to calculate patient responsibility and interpret EOBs; CPT/ICD knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration across departments.
