📋 Description

• Scale the team. Hire, onboard, and ramp field business development reps against an ambitious growth
• Run and evolve the playbook. Equip new and existing business development reps to execute Homeward's
• Coach for performance. Build a strong coaching culture through regular 1:1s, role play, call
• Own the team's numbers. Set clear goals and manage to the KPIs that drive success, including
• Build a culture of accountability. Set a high bar for execution and performance, create clarity
• Partner cross-functionally. Work closely with Sales leadership, Recruiting, Marketing, Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Proven real estate business development leadership experience. 3–5+ years managing a field business
• A track record of building high-performing teams. You've hired, onboarded, trained, and coached
• Consistent quota achievement. You have personally led teams accountable to meaningful revenue or
• A high-accountability management style. You're comfortable setting clear expectations, using data
• Strong operating discipline. You're highly organized and reliable, with the ability to establish
• A player-development mindset. You know how to coach reps to improve their skills, build confidence

• Compensation: $100,000 base salary + $75,000 variable compensation ($175,000 OTE)
