📋 Description

• Build and lead a team of AI Deployment Engineers for enterprise customers.
• Own quality and impact of design, production readiness, adoption, expansion.
• Coach engineers on architecture, model selection, reliability, security, cost.
• Establish operating model to prioritize accounts by value and complexity.
• Serve as senior technical escalation point during launches and incidents.
• Partner with executives to connect deployment decisions to business outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience managing customer-facing technical teams.
• Built or led teams deploying complex software, data, ML, or AI in enterprises.
• Deep technical depth to evaluate architectures and coach through decisions.
• Experience taking AI/ML systems from prototype to production.
• Understanding production systems: reliability, observability, security, privacy, governance.
• Led teams through ambiguity and rapidly changing products or markets.
