Manager, AI Platform Engineering

📋 Description

• Own the AI platform roadmap and delivery end to end
• Ensure platform AI is measurable and dependable
• Work together with product and solution teams to address real customer challenges
• Enable teams to build on the platform and own their deliverables
• Hire, mentor, and grow the platform AI engineering team
• Stay actively involved and contribute to architecture and full-stack production code

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including full-stack development and AI/ML platform
• 2+ years of engineering management experience
• Strong full-stack development skills — front-end through back-end and APIs — with solid cloud
• Experience operating AI systems in production
• Deep, current command of AI and modern LLM/GenAI infrastructure
