📋 Description

• Run a 5–15+ all-source investigator team with 1:1s and growth feedback.
• Drive throughput: legal process cadence → on-chain/off-chain fusion.
• Own work-product quality; ensure defensible, actionable outputs.
• Hire and onboard; lead end-to-end growth and headcount cases.
• Translate impact outward; partner with engineering, legal, and partners.
• Lead from alongside; review work, unblock, and surge when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• You are a people manager. 3+ years leading a team; coach growth.
• You are an operator, not an observer; drive intelligence to real outcomes.
• Illicit-finance investigative background; complex financial crime.
• AI fluency; uses AI today and sets team standards.
• Legal-process fluency; subpoenas, warrants, preservation knowledge.
• Strong written comms; comfortable briefing government and TRM leadership.
