📋 Description

  • Own architecture, governance, and strategic direction of analytics platforms.
  • Define standards, configuration, integration practices, and operating frameworks.
  • Create governance docs: standards, naming conventions, data schemas, access controls.
  • Partner with data Eng, analytics Eng, product Eng, marketing, and ops to integrate platforms.
  • Develop onboarding resources, documentation, training, and enablement programs.
  • Monitor platform health metrics: data quality, reliability, latency, adoption, coverage.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, CS, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of professional experience in MarTech, analytics engineering, growth engineering, platform management, or related disciplines.
  • Experience owning, administering, or governing enterprise-grade platforms within analytics, martech, attribution, or BI environments.
  • Hands-on with enterprise platforms such as CDPs (Segment, mParticle, RudderStack), tag management (GTM/Tealium/Adobe Launch), experimentation (Statsig/LaunchDarkly/Optimizely), attribution (PartnerStack, Impact, Everflow), or BI (Sigma/Looker/Tableau).
  • Strong understanding of modern data ecosystems: collection, instrumentation, warehousing, and downstream analytics.
  • Experience creating governance standards, technical documentation, implementation guidelines, and operational processes; driving cross-functional adoption.
