📋 Description

• Lead a team of Applied AI Architects, providing technical strategy, customer partnership, and
• Define and refine the operating model for Applied AI Architecture across Japan, aligning with
• Partner with Sales leadership and Account Directors to prioritize accounts, allocate resources, and
• Drive customer journeys from pre-sales through production adoption, ensuring technical account
• Coach the team on applied AI architectures spanning models, applications, data, integration
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite, board-level stakeholders, and senior technical leaders

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in customer-facing technical roles (e.g., solutions architecture, solutions engineering
• 4+ years managing high-performing customer-facing technical teams.
• Deep technical acumen in AI systems, frontier models, agentic applications, platform technologies
• Experience guiding enterprises from discovery to production adoption.
• Outstanding executive communication and presentation skills.
• Strong partnerships across Sales, Product, Engineering, Research, Deployment, and external partners.
