📋 Description

• Lead and grow a pre-sales Solutions Architects team that partners with account executives to help
• Hire, manage, and guide the team; set goals in collaboration with sales and cross-functional teams.
• Act as a technical sponsor for high-value strategic customers; advise on AI adoption strategies and
• Collaborate with sales leadership to drive adoption within verticals/horizontal use cases; work
• Travel to customer sites/conferences for executive sessions, workshops, and relationship building.
• Contribute to thought leadership via conferences, webinars, and technical content; stay current

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Solutions Architect/Sales Engineer or similar pre-sales role.
• 3+ years in technical pre-sales management.
• Experience selling complex technical products to Financial Services clients.
• Deep technical proficiency with enterprise AI use cases and API integrations or enterprise rollouts.
• Understanding of GTM in a consumption-based model; able to scale teams/processes in ambiguous
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and coaching; strong executive presence with engineering
