📋 Description

• Own the assessment content strategy and roadmap across domains.
• Lead and manage Assessment Content Designers and Contributors.
• Build repeatable processes and tooling to scale content.
• Ensure coverage across academic and non-academic domains.
• Monitor standards changes and maintain mappings across CCSS NGSS and state frameworks.
• Drive production planning and cross team collaboration to hit targets.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of assessment content development at commercial scale.
• 2+ years in people management leading senior ICs.
• Multi-subject standards fluency CCSS NGSS state frameworks.
• Expert in educational assessment design across formative summative and DOK.
• Track record managing freelance contributors and third party vendors building quality framework.
• Strong cross-functional partnership with Product and Engineering and excellent communication.
