📋 Description

• Shape the future of assurance, risk, and compliance at GoDaddy by challenging legacy approaches and establishing an innovative model.
• Partner with Finance, Engineering, Security, HR to assess risk and controls.
• Drive automation, AI, analytics to improve risk and compliance outcomes.
• Modernize the compliance program; automate processes; scale controls.
• Collaborate with IT and business partners to strengthen control environments.
• Challenge legacy approaches; drive continuous improvement with technology.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in SOX compliance, audit, or risk management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting, finance, CIS, or related field.
• Recent IT assurance background from a Big 4 firm.
• Strong SOX 404 and COSO/COBIT internal control knowledge.
• Experience partnering with IT and business to improve controls.
• Proven ability to leverage automation, analytics, AI for smarter outcomes.
