📋 Description

• Personally perform and lead consulting missions or projects at customers, ensuring service and
• Monitor and steer the consulting work of other consultants
• Participate in developing market share in Banking in Belgium, ensuring offers fit market needs
• Support business development in The Netherlands if necessary
• From the Sia office in Amsterdam, play a proactive role in business development: prospection
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the Belgian and general banking market

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree from a first class university (business, engineering, economics, etc.)
• Fundamental insight in the Banking market
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a consulting company in the Banking sector
• Self-starting, flexible, entrepreneurial person with proven business development skills
• Ability to monitor company/market trends and trigger actions within Sia
• Successfully conducted relevant projects and managed teams
