5+ years in US banking/payments/operations in regulated env.
2+ years people management experience.
Experience with wires, ACH, checks, SWIFT, or similar monitoring.
Fluency with AI tools (Claude, Hex, Granola, Glean) for ops scale.
Strong judgment, risk assessment, and audit-ready docs.
Cross-functional collaboration with Compliance, Legal, Product, Eng, Treasury/Finance.
